If bad weather is predicted, contact us, and we will help you reschedule your event with a store credit valid for one year.

The safest surface is a level grassy area. However, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or bark. Please specify the surface when ordering so we can use the proper anchors.

You should have a clear area 2 feet larger than the movie screen you want to rent. For example, a 20′ movie screen requires at least 4-5 feet of extra space.

Yes, frame tents can be set up on pavement or asphalt using concrete weights for stability. An additional fee may apply.

Our equipment plugs into a standard 110V household outlet. We will provide a 100ft cord for delivery orders. Ensure nothing else is plugged into the outlet we use, and place the equipment no more than 100ft from the outlet.

If equipment is damaged or missing upon return, we will charge based on the cost of repair or replacement. Please report any issues immediately upon delivery.
