Revere Party Rentals Policies 

Safety Policy

• We prioritize safety at all times. Please ensure that guests adhere to the following rules:
  • Do not climb, hang, or sit on rental equipment.
  • Avoid using rental equipment during rain.
  • If anchors come loose or if wind speeds exceed 10-15 mph, cease operation and call us immediately at (617) 380-3003.
  • Do not move the movie screen unit without prior consent from a Revere Party Rentals representative.
  • Supervision of guests is required to ensure safety and proper use of the equipment.

Rain/Severe Weather Policy

• Weather & Wind Safety Policy

  At Revere Party Rentals, safety is our top priority. All rental equipment is subject to manufacturer safety guidelines and weather limitations.

  Wind Safety Limitations

  • Pop-Up Canopy Tents: Maximum safe wind rating of 15 mph

  • Inflatable Movie Screens: Maximum safe wind rating of 15–20 mph, depending on screen size

  Wind speeds exceeding these limits can cause equipment failure, collapse, liftoff, property damage, and serious injury, regardless of how equipment is anchored or positioned.

  Rescheduling Policy

  If wind speeds are forecasted at or above 15 mph, we strongly recommend rescheduling your event.

  • Reschedule requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the event date to qualify for a date change.

  • Rescheduled events will receive a store credit or transfer to a future available date.

  • No reschedules, refunds, credits, or exchanges will be granted on the day of the event, regardless of weather conditions.

  If You Choose to Proceed

  If you choose to move forward with your event despite forecasted or actual wind conditions at or above the manufacturer's safety recommendations:

  1. Revere Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel, delay, modify, or halt setup if weather conditions are deemed unsafe at the time of delivery or setup.

  2. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph at the time of setup, certain equipment may not be installed, and no refund will be issued.

  3. Inflatable movie screens must be immediately deflated and taken down if winds reach or exceed 20 mph during the event.

  4. Once equipment has been delivered and/or installed, Revere Party Rentals assumes no liability for property damage, personal injury, loss, or incidents resulting from weather or wind conditions.

  5. The customer assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with continuing the event under adverse weather conditions.

  6. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued after equipment has been delivered or installed.

  Customer Responsibility

  By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to this Weather & Wind Safety Policy and accept responsibility for weather-related risks during the rental period.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a $75 fee. To cancel, contact us with your booking details via email or phone. Cancellations due to severe weather or emergencies will be reviewed individually, with rescheduling options and store credits provided as appropriate.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. If you reschedule due to valid reasons such as weather, we will provide a store credit valid for one year. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. No refunds or credits are given if you proceed with your event despite weather issues.

Damage Policy

• Customers are responsible for the rental equipment during the rental period. Charges for damages or missing items will be based on repair costs or replacement value. Inspect equipment upon delivery and report any issues immediately. A $20 cleaning fee applies if equipment is returned dirty.

Delivery/Setup/Teardown Policy

• Delivery, setup, and teardown services are provided. A minimum purchase of $150 is required. Additional fees apply for deliveries involving obstacles (stairs, walls, etc.) or special circumstances. Teardown will occur immediately after the event unless otherwise arranged. Ensure access to the setup area and inform us of any additional setup or teardown requirements in advance.

Insurance Policy

• We recommend obtaining event insurance, especially for larger events, to cover potential liability for injuries or damages. Revere Party Rentals is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment. Supervision and safe use of the equipment are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us for insurance recommendations if needed.

Terms & Conditions

• Booking: A 50% deposit is required upon receiving the invoice, with the remaining 50% due 48 hours before delivery.
• Late Returns: Equipment must be returned on time. Late returns may incur additional fees.
• Liability Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for guest safety and any injuries or damages during the rental period.
• Amendments: Changes to your order must be confirmed in writing at least 48 hours before the event.

Privacy Policy

• • We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We collect and use personal information (names, email addresses, payment details) solely for processing orders. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data and will not sell or share it with third parties. You may view, edit, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
