Please ensure that guests adhere to the following rules: Do not climb, hang, or sit on rental equipment. Avoid using rental equipment during rain. If anchors come loose or if wind speeds exceed 10-15 mph, cease operation and call us immediately at (617) 380-3003. Do not move the movie screen unit without prior consent from a Revere Party Rentals representative. Supervision of guests is required to ensure safety and proper use of the equipment. Rain/Severe Weather Policy A Revere Party Rentals representative will contact you 2-3 days before your event to confirm and discuss weather conditions. If rain is likely, you can reschedule with a store credit valid for 365 days. On the event day, we will make the safest decision regarding weather. If you choose to proceed despite rain, no rescheduling, discounts, store credits, or refunds will be offered. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a $75 fee. To cancel, contact us with your booking details via email or phone. Cancellations due to severe weather or emergencies will be reviewed individually, with rescheduling options and store credits provided as appropriate. Refund Policy Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance. If you reschedule due to valid reasons such as weather, we will provide a store credit valid for one year. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. No refunds or credits are given if you proceed with your event despite weather issues. Damage Policy Customers are responsible for the rental equipment during the rental period. Charges for damages or missing items will be based on repair costs or replacement value. Inspect equipment upon delivery and report any issues immediately. A $20 cleaning fee applies if equipment is returned dirty. Delivery/Setup/Teardown Policy Delivery, setup, and teardown services are provided. A minimum purchase of $150 is required. Additional fees apply for deliveries involving obstacles (stairs, walls, etc.) or special circumstances. Teardown will occur immediately after the event unless otherwise arranged. Ensure access to the setup area and inform us of any additional setup or teardown requirements in advance. Insurance Policy We recommend obtaining event insurance, especially for larger events, to cover potential liability for injuries or damages. Revere Party Rentals is not liable for injuries caused by misuse of equipment. Supervision and safe use of the equipment are the customer’s responsibility. Contact us for insurance recommendations if needed. Terms & Conditions Booking: A 50% deposit is required upon receiving the invoice, with the remaining 50% due 48 hours before delivery. Late Returns: Equipment must be returned on time. Late returns may incur additional fees. Liability Disclaimer: Customers are responsible for guest safety and any injuries or damages during the rental period.
